Return & Shipping Policy

All return/refund inquiries (including damaged packages) will be handled on a case-by-case basis as all product returns represent unique concerns and situations.
Wine Kits are considered food-grade products and therefore will NOT be eligible for return.
Packages received damaged must be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receipt. Take photos of the damaged package prior to opening. If the contents of the package are damaged, please take photos of that as well. This information will be required if a freight claim needs to be submitted. Failure to comply may result in a denied claim.
Should an item be eligible for a return, the customer will be responsible for arranging delivery and paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking abilities and delivery confirmations as clickNbrew will not be responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
clickNbrew is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
